Terms & conditions
The present General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereafter referred to as: GTCS) are offered by SAURIS SPRL (trade name: Misuko), registered with the Crossroad Bank for Enterprises under the number 0649.822.596, whose main activity is the production and sale, in particular online, of food products (juices, snacks and herbal teas), and whose head office is located at 120 rue Saint-Denis, 1190 Brussels.
The fact of placing an order implies full and complete adherence to the present GTCS.
SAURIS SPRL reserves the right to adapt or modify the present GTCS, available on its website at any time without prior notice. These modifications are enforceable as from the moment they are put online.
The applicable GTCS are those in force on the day of the order.
The consumer declares to be of legal age and to have full legal capacity enabling him to commit himself under these general terms and conditions of sale.
Article 1 - Object
The purpose of these GCS is to define the rights and obligations of the Client and those of the Company SAURIS SPRL, from the time the order is taken on its website, by telephone, sms or email to the delivery of this order to the address indicated by the Client when taking the order or when the Client withdraws his order from SAURIS SPRL.
The present General Terms and Conditions of Sale are applicable to all sales made through the website www.misuko.be or by telephone on 0471 38 38 91.
Article 2 - Placing an order
The Customer can place his order with SAURIS SPRL either via the Internet on the website www.misuko.be, or by telephone (0471 38 38 91), or by SMS (0471 38 38 91) or by email (hello@misuko.be // orders@misuko.be // shop.misuko@gmail.com).
In all cases, the Customer's data enabling the registration of the order must contain at least the following information:
- The Client must clearly identify the selected products with the references indicated on the SAURIS SPRL Site (type of cure and duration of the cure and/or name of the juice, product, etc.).
- The Client must also indicate the quantities requested, the duration (in the case of juice cures) as well as the format (50ml, 60ml, 185ml, 200ml, 250ml, 500ml, 1000ml or 2000ml).
- The Customer must specify the desired start date of the cure and the delivery date, bearing in mind that he has the choice between Monday and Thursday evenings, or Tuesday and Friday mornings only (respecting a period of 1 working day between the day of the order and the day of delivery or collection of the order for the Brussels area, and a period of 2 to 5 working days for the rest of Belgium).
- The Client must fill in the essential information for identification (surname, first name) as well as an e-mail address and a telephone number where SAURIS SPRL can reach him in order to enable the order and delivery process.
- The Customer must indicate the chosen method of delivery (pick-up at the workshop or delivery at home/workplace) and the chosen method of payment.
- The Customer must clearly indicate the information required for delivery. This concerns in particular the precise delivery address as well as any restrictions on access to the place of delivery (opening hours, break times, etc.).
The delivery address that the Customer indicates when placing an order must be as precise as possible (building number, floor number, digicode, etc.), in order to enable the delivery person to deliver the order in the best conditions and as quickly as possible. SAURIS SPRL cannot be held responsible in case of impossibility of delivery due to erroneous or incomplete information.
If the Customer wishes to be delivered, he must indicate the chosen delivery time slot.
If the Client chooses to pick up the goods at the workshop, an appointment time must be agreed beforehand between SAURIS SPRL and the Client.
Orders placed online via the website www.misuko.be are picked up regularly during the day, from Monday to Friday. SAURIS SPRL processes all orders registered since the last statement during the day.
Article 3 - Order confirmation
- Confirmation
After having placed his order on the website www.misuko.be or by telephone/email, SAURIS SPRL sends an e-mail to the Client confirming the elements of his order. This e-mail constitutes the acceptance of the Client's order by SAURIS SPRL and thus forms the sales contract. Orders can be checked by the sales department of SAURIS SPRL. In this case, the consumer is notified by e-mail or telephone of the supporting documents or missing information to be returned in order to obtain the final validation of his order. SAURIS SPRL reserves the right to cancel the order in the event of non-receipt of these documents or receipt of documents deemed to be non-compliant within a maximum period of 3 working days after the control.
- Prices
Once the order has been validated, the prices are fixed. On the site, prices can be modified without notice. They may be revised according to the price of seasonal products and economic conditions. Under no circumstances can a price modification on the site be applied retroactively to an order that has already been finalised.
- Modification - cancellation
An order may be validly cancelled or modified by e-mail, provided that the minimum period of 24 working hours before the first delivery is made is respected. After this period, the order cannot be cancelled. In the case of an order with several deliveries, only the following deliveries may be cancelled and the non-consumed days may either be postponed or refunded by voucher.
- Invoice
SAURIS SPRL sends an invoice by e-mail to the Customer who has mentioned his invoicing details at the time of his order by e-mail after having placed the order.
Article 4 - Contraindications - health
The Client must not undertake a misuko cure if he is pregnant or breastfeeding. He must not undertake a misuko cure if he is diabetic, insulin-dependent.
If the Client has any doubts, health problems or is undergoing medical treatment, he must consult his doctor before starting a misuko treatment.
SAURIS SPRL's juices are prepared in a workshop using nuts, sesame seeds and celery. SAURIS SPRL could not be held responsible for an allergic reaction to this type of ingredient.
In general, SAURIS SPRL cannot be held responsible for an allergic reaction and its consequences in a Client / consumer of SAURIS SPRL products, and this in all cases where the Client would have omitted to inform the SAURIS SPRL team, by inadvertence or ignorance at the time of the order, of his allergy for any product.
SAURIS SPRL is not adapted to the specific serious case of malnutrition such as acute obesity or anorexia and we strongly recommend the follow-up of a doctor before any order.
Article 5 - Customer service
In order to help the Customer in his choice of the products best adapted to his needs and expectations, the Customer Service of SAURIS SPRL is at his disposal by:

Article 6 - Recipes
Fruits and vegetables used in misuko juices are organically grown (unless otherwise stated), seasonal (where possible) and local (where possible). Misuko juice recipes may vary with the seasons. The ingredients indicated on the description pages of the cures, juices and milks are up to date at the time of the customer's order (unless otherwise stated cf. article 7).
Article 7 - Production aleas - recipe variability
SAURIS SPRL produces misuko juices on demand. In case of production contingencies, SAURIS SPRL reserves the right to cancel or postpone the Customer's order. In such a case, SAURIS SPRL undertakes to keep the Client informed as soon as possible by e-mail or telephone and to propose a replacement solution, compensation or reimbursement of the order.
On the other hand, certain ingredients necessary for the production of misuko juices may no longer be available on the day of production due to climatic contingencies, unavailability of products from suppliers or any other reason. SAURIS SPRL reserves the right to modify its recipes from time to time and undertakes to keep the Customer informed.
No cancellation penalty will be applied in case of cancellation of the order for unavailability and SAURIS SPRL cannot be held responsible for the unavailability of a product.
SAURIS SPRL will not be liable for any indirect damage due to possible operating losses, loss of profit or costs that may occur.
Article 8 - Conservation of products
The juices offered by SAURIS SPPRL are produced on demand in order to guarantee optimal freshness. They are not pasteurised (unless otherwise stated), are organic (unless otherwise stated) and contain no preservatives. They can be kept for 4 days, between 0°C and 4°C. It is imperative to place them in the coldest part of the refrigerator as soon as they are received. If the Client is required to move them, he must ensure that the cold chain is respected. SAURIS SPRL cannot be held responsible for any deterioration of the product if the conditions of conservation or the time of consumption have not been respected by the Client in accordance with the instructions of SAURIS SPRL.
Article 9 - Consumption
The food products delivered by SAURIS SPRL must be consumed within 4 days after delivery and within 2h30 after opening the bottles or packaging. As soon as the delivery is made, the Client shall ensure that the conditions of conservation and consumption of the food products are respected. Upon receipt, responsibility changes sides and the products become the Client's responsibility.
Article 10 - Conformity of offers
Elements such as photographs, texts, graphics, information and characteristics illustrating the products presented are not contractual. Consequently, SAURIS SPRL cannot be held liable in the event of error or omission, or in the event of modification of these elements.
Article 11 - Price include all taxes
The prices displayed on the website are in euros, all taxes included (TTC). They are applicable at the time of the validation of the order by the consumer. Prices are subject to Belgian VAT, i.e. 6% (cure, juice, etc.) and 21% (delivery). Any change in the legal rate of this VAT will be reflected in the price of the products presented on the SAURIS SPRL website.
Article 12 - Participation in delivery costs - free collection
The customer can either collect his order in the SAURIS SPRL workshop (by appointment only), or have it delivered to the address of his choice.
The contribution to the delivery costs is not included in the prices of juices or other products displayed on the website.
If the customer has paid the contribution to the delivery costs and finally wishes to collect his order, SAURIS SPRL undertakes to reimburse him for the delivery costs. Conversely, if the customer wishes to be delivered when he has not paid the delivery costs, he will have to pay the delivery costs to SAURIS SPRL within 24 hours.
Article 13 - Delivery days and delivery times
The Customer can be delivered on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays or Fridays.
After choosing the date, the Customer can choose his delivery information directly online. The delivery time slot: 17:30 - 21:00 on Mondays and Thursdays, 08:30 - 13:00 on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Likewise, if the Customer chooses "pick-up at the workshop", he must pick them up, by appointment, the day before the day of the start of his cure or the same day in the morning, on one or two occasions depending on the duration of his cure.
Article 14 - Delivery
Delivery is made by the delivery person to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of his order. In the event that the address given is inaccurate causing a delay or non-delivery of the order, neither the delivery service provider nor SAURIS SPRL can be held responsible. SAURIS SPRL recommends that the Customer confirms his contact details and address (building number, floor number, digital code, etc.) in order to enable the delivery service provider to deliver the Customer's order in the best conditions and as quickly as possible. SAURIS SPRL cannot be held responsible in case of impossibility of delivery due to erroneous or incomplete information or if access to the premises is impossible for the delivery person.
SAURIS SPRL commits itself to different delivery times. However, in view of the traffic conditions, an overrun of the delivery time will not be opposable to SAURIS SPRL and the Client will not be able to claim any reimbursement, indemnity or any other form of compensation.
In case of absence of the Client, or of any person mentioned at the time of the order and likely to receive the completed order, SAURIS SPRL cannot be held responsible for the non-receipt by the Client of the order and the amount of the order cannot be subject to any compensation or reimbursement.
In the event of severe weather or extraordinary traffic problems, SAURIS SPRL reserves the right to postpone deliveries without any compensation whatsoever by giving prior notice to the Customer by telephone.
Article 15 - Means of payment
The means of payment accepted are credit card, bank transfer, and cash on receipt of the order.
The Customer is notified by e-mail of the information concerning his order. SAURIS SPRL reserves the right to refuse to honour an order from a Customer who has not paid in full or in part for a previous order, or with whom there is a payment dispute.
The consumer must guarantee to SAURIS SPRL that he has the necessary authorisations to use the payment method he chooses when validating his order.
SAURIS SPRL reserves the right to suspend any order management in case of refusal of payment authorisation by financial organisations. SAURIS SPRL has set up an order verification procedure to ensure that no person uses the bank details of another person without their knowledge.
However, the consumer remains advised that SAURIS SPRL cannot be held responsible for any misappropriation or fraudulent use of any means of payment that has not been detected by the verification procedure. SAURIS SPRL recommends the Customer to ensure the solvency of his payment before validating his order on the website or through a commercial operator. SAURIS SPRL reminds the Customer that all credit card payments are made through a secure system and that no credit card number is kept in its files.
Article 16 - Claims
- The delivery
The Customer must immediately ensure that his order conforms to the delivery. In order to be taken into account, any complaint must be made at the time of delivery. In the event of non-conformity or apparent defect of the products delivered or missing products, the Customer must state precise, dated and signed reservations on the delivery note.
In this case, the Customer may obtain a voucher of a value equivalent to that paid for the next order, to the exclusion of any other indemnity or damages.
- Invoicing
Any dispute concerning the invoicing of an order must be notified to SAURIS SPRL within 8 days from the date of receipt of the invoice, failing which it will be deemed to have been accepted.
For any difficulty or additional information, the Client is invited to contact SAURIS SPRL either by telephone on 0471 38 38 91 (Monday to Friday inclusive, from 9 am to 7 pm), or by e-mail at the following address hello@misuko.be. In case of problems related to the quality of the products, the Client is invited to contact SAURIS SPRL by e-mail at the following address quality@misuko.be.
Article 17 - Prohibition of resale
The resale to a third party of the products delivered to the Customer is strictly forbidden.
Article 18 - Guarantee and responsibilities
SAURIS SPRL undertakes to provide all the care customary in the profession for the implementation of the services and products offered to the Client. Nevertheless, SAURIS SPRL cannot be held liable in case of failure to meet its contractual obligations due to a fortuitous event or a case of force majeure. The programmes of SAURIS SPRL are intended to achieve fitness objectives. However, this programme depends on elements related to the general state of health of the Client and other factors such as the pace of life, daily diet, the practice of physical activity and the general psychological state of the Client. Consequently, SAURIS SPRL is not obliged to achieve the objective set by the Client when taking the order.
Except in the case of proof of a fault on its part, SAURIS SPRL cannot be held responsible for any damage that could result from the use of the Internet network, such as, in particular, a loss of data, an intrusion, a virus, a suspension of the service, a fraudulent use of a bank card, ...
Furthermore, SAURIS SPRL cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage caused by the Customer, in particular the non-respect of the conditions of storage and consumption.
Article 19 - Data protection
By validating the creation of his Client account, the Client tacitly accepts to receive advertising information from SAURIS SPRL. The Client can unsubscribe at any time by accessing his account.
Article 20 - Website access
The website www.misuko.be is in principle accessible 24/7, except in the event of an interruption, scheduled or unscheduled, for the purposes of its maintenance, a suspension of activity or in the event of force majeure. As SAURIS SPRL is subject to an obligation of means, SAURIS SPRL cannot be held responsible for any damage, whatever its nature, resulting from the unavailability of the site.
Article 21 - Force majeure
SAURIS SPRL may release itself from its obligations or suspend their execution if it is unable to assume them due to a case of force majeure (war, riot, demonstrations, exceptional weather conditions, damage to the installations of its establishments, pandemic, etc.), without this giving rise to any compensation in favour of the Customer.
Article 22 - Modifications
SAURIS SPRL reserves the right to modify its general terms and conditions of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions
