Shipping & returns
A few rules to follow for the smooth running of your delivery.
Misuko juices are fresh products and the shelf life is limited to 4 days.
A delay of 1 day (for orders in Brussels) and 2 to 5 days (for the rest of Belgium) is/are necessary for the transport of your order, please take this into account when you place your order.
In order to guarantee freshness and constant quality, cures of more than 4 days will be delivered in 2 instalments, which explains the extra cost for delivery.
Most of our deliveries arrive in the evening (17h30 - 21h00) or in the morning (08h30 - 13h).
Please make some room in your fridge so that you can put the juices directly in the fridge when you receive the package.

1. Exact information
When you place your order, the information you enter will be the information used to schedule your delivery. Make sure that everything is correct.
In case of delivery to your workplace, make sure that your employer agrees, and that you have a possibility to put the products in the fridge until you go home.
2. Cold chain
The juices are sent in isothermal parcels, allowing the juices to be kept at temperature for a period of 24 hours.
As soon as you receive your parcel, unwrap it and place the juices in your fridge as quickly as possible.
Remember to inform the person who will receive the package, in case you ask the receptionist at work or your neighbour, for example.
The packages used by SAURIS SPRL are recyclable/compostable.
- Remove the straw walls and compost them.
- Empty the water pockets in your sink and recycle the bags in your PVC bin.
- Fold the cardboard and recycle it.
4. Liability in case of absence on delivery
When you choose to have our products delivered to your home or workplace, please ensure that someone is present to receive your order. A second delivery cannot be rescheduled in order to respect the cold chain, as our isothermal crates only keep the juices at temperature for 24 hours after it has been sent.
Misuko declines all responsibility in the event of an error made by the customer or the non-receipt of the package in time.
5. Cases of force majeure
SAURIS SPRL cannot be held responsible in case of impossibility of delivery due to force majeure. (Example: strikes, exceptional weather conditions, error of the delivery company, ...).
If we have the possibility to inform you, we will do so by e-mail as well as by telephone. Thank you for being reachable.
6. Returns of goods
Due to the nature of the products (fresh products with a short shelf life), returns will not be accepted. Thank you for your understanding.
